Zensar Technologies recently hosted its Global Partnership Weekend (GPW) 2015 at the Zensar Campus and Hyatt Regency in Pune. The three-day meet was executed by Livewire Events & Promos.
The brief demanded an event design that built unforgettable experiences for the foreign delegates attending. Livewire was required to create a royal experience smattered with digital experiences communicating the theme for the year ‘The Impact Of Digital’. To highlight the theme, there were several fun engagement experiences such as virtual reality gaming, digital interactive kiosks, a complete LED stage setup and a mobile app to get everyone on the same page.
Also, GPW had to be designed with the right mix of formal speaker sessions, informal networking, leisure activities and sightseeing. Through the daily business sessions, the event witnessed speakers from around the world and India, from companies like BJP IT Cell, John Lewis, Gartner and others. The cultural evening hosted at the Zensar Amphitheatre was a grand experience with guests being greeted by Royal Enfield Bikers riding them around the campus while being filmed by a flying drone camera relaying visuals live as it happened.
What followed was a unique cultural journey of India through offstage and on stage activities – Indian street artists, dhols, jugglers, fire-eaters brought alive the ethnic experience off stage while the Zensar employees regaled their guests with thematic performances on stage. The highlight was the Indian-themed fashion showcase put together by the Zensar senior management along with the global clients. Added to all this was the heritage sightseeing tour and a visit to the city’s museum.
